CLEXOPIPE-SELF

OVERVIEW

CLEXOPIPE-SELF is Self-Adhesive high quality bitumen or coal tar based wrapping and coating anticorrosive tapes which confirm to IS: 10221-1982. It incorporates a center core of 45gsm of fiber glass tissue and HMHDPE film of 20 micron which lends mechanical strength, dimensional stability to the product. It is made up of spevially formulated polymeric mix provides high softing point, high penetration and resistance to ageing. the tape comprises of thermo fusible HMHDPE film on both sides which provides high anticorrosive protection to the pipe lines and aidsin the installation process. CLEXOPIPE-SELF is on available in 1.5mm & 2mm thickness.

AREAS OF USE

• It is used to protect UG or submerged metal surface from corrosion & electrolysis in oil, gas, water, sewage, fire hydrant, pipe lines & pipe joints, fitting, cooping, UG tanks structures, etc.

PACKING & STORAGE

CLEXOPIPE-SELF is available in (1mtr W x 10mtr L).

Unopened Rolls can be Store for 12 months and store material in a clean dry area protected from Direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold.
